Draggin' through

i see some of you have tried out the googlemap thing.  i could play on that all the day long if i had time.  i dont know if you all tried it, but in some locations you can actually get on the street and have an actual street view.  that is amazing.  it was like peering into other people's front yards....weird.  i wonder if any one is looking at my house.  LOL.  just might be what prompts me to do some landscaping.  

it rained last night.  and snowed enough in tehachapi to cause the freeway to be shut down during the night.  was cold here today.  real cold.  groundhog's day is coming up here pretty quick.  then we can get a better idea of how long this winter is going to last.  ol' puxatany phil.  he's my dude.  i think we are going to go for another six weeks.....just because.  well and my cat still has a lot of underfur.  

friday's coming....yes.  and i am talking about it now, because as of 5pm on friday i will be officially retired and off the payroll.  FREEDOM.  even though i am working.....  FREEDOM.  i can honestly say i do not, DO NOT, miss that place.  i don't even think about it much...

i gotta go pull down my eyelids and find some sleep.  may yours be peaceful.
