i am now the administrative assistant/coordinator to the student ministry team, in addition to my current assignments. yeah. i got work to do! i could easily work until i poop out each day and i still must "make" myself quit for the day and leave on time. i love working. and i am thinking i am an idiot for making such a statement, but i do, i do, i do. last friday it was a push to get out 200 postcards (mass mailing usps standards 200+) before 3pm and today i "made" 70 booklets for the new young women's ministry group. they did all the work, i just pushed the buttons on the printer and voila' the printer did the rest. this afternoon, i burned off 120 cd's, same process. put it in the machine, push the button and voila' "i'm brilliant!" lol i only have 380 more to go....
now i am home from work and i get to help again...this time pouring cement. not so exciting but it will get the job done and the job needs to get done. beats cooking dinner, too.
i wish someone would come help me clean my kitchen floor......

OK I missed the Shake N Bake connection but I have to tell you that SNB pork chops, and scalloped potatoes, and applesauce - mmmmm.
back in the olden days, before you were a sparkle in your daddy's eye {eyeroll} there was a commercial for shake n bake chicken, which was invented before porkchops.....there was a commercial. mom in her apron calls the family to a fully loaded dinner table, daddy says something about the lovely fare, which he undoubtedly thought took only 2 minutes to make, and the little girl says, "and i helped" in a very southern drawl. pathetic. so much for bucking the feminazis of the day. LOL
