Alaskan Hillbilly?

Okay...I am going political now. If you don't want to read this, stop now, because quite frankly, I am right and you are obviously wrong.

We are three days past the end of the campaigning. We have a president-elect. The one the people did vote for. The one we still need to continue to pray over every day, as we should for all of our leaders and those in authority.

But this Palin punching has got to stop. Both the Republican elitists. and Dem. parties are on the attack. They say she is a hillbilly. They say she is a dummy. They say McCain didn't talk to her during the bid for office. And we know she was pulled out of the limelight as quickly as she agreed to step into it. When she agreed, she went head on, she went head on into those things she believes in, right or wrong. She was forced to step back and quite frankly, I want to know why. Did McCain make a second guess of his choice. Did he know at the time his was a losing cause regardless of who he chose as a running mate? Was he making a mockery of the Hillary thing? Did he do this? Or is this all simply a result of the media stacking and Democrat's push to win this campaign?

If Ms. Palin is a hillbilly, what does that make me? I am white, lower middle class, struggling to make ends meet, even when I live in an empty nest which I should be lining for my retirement days. I am a victim of the credit crisis, but I did that myself, and I do not expect nor would I ever ask the government to bail me out. (Remember, I worked on the otherside of that public assistance ~WELFARE~ table for 30 years.) And I lived in a mobile home for 15 years. Call me white trash ~ and I will come out punching..... Who, WHO, has any right to call anyone such terms. Can't use the "N" word. So you got the Democrats bent on slaying her and the Republican elitist shoving her back to Alaska because she doesn't fit their mold.

Wake up people. Wake up. The Sarah Palins of the world do represent ME. I belong to that class who will probably work til the day they die. (Thank God I have a job I LOVE.) I belong to that class of people that believe, BELIEVE, that marriage, ORDAINED BY GOD, is between a man and a woman. If two men or two women want to kiss on each other ~ deeply ~ then go do it. But you can't get married. Go tie the knot. Go get hitched. But don't asked to get married. Being married is not a union of two, it is a union of three. He will not join anything if it is an abomination in His sight. Sorry, that is just the way it is. If you want the "bennies" of being married, then have laws passed to support that, but don't ask, don't demand to be married. You CAN'T be married. By definition. Not in California, not even in Maine. No where.

I will not apologize for this post. If you disagree, well you have that right and you know how to leave comments.

have a good day
