"Taco" that's what we call stray dogs here in SoCal.
today we did taco soup for lunch at work. i would venture to say we ate about 1.5 gallons of the stuff. and then we had it again for dinner tonight...and mikey liked it. that right there tells you this is some good eatin'.
well it is friday nite....after what felt like a long short weekend. starting to wind up at work again......we have a holiday season coming. right after Fat Tuesday its Ash Wednesday (this coming Wednesday). The beginning of Lent. Six weeks til' Easter. Time to think about what Easter is all about. GRACE - God's Redemption at Christ's Expense. A price was paid. And we are free from the sin of it all ~ reconciled to our Holy Father. Thank you, Jesus!

To get most of the ingredients for that Taco Soup where I live, one must brouse the "World Market" section of our grocery store. No Valarta store 'round here!
thats the good thing about this recipe.....all of the ingrediants can be found at any corner market.
Oh... I love me some taco soup. I'm making it this week. Mmmmm... Wish I had some now - it's yummilicious at breakfast, too. Do you eat yours over cornbread???
Oh, and I buy my ingredients at WalMart, so I'm positive you could get them at your Fred Meyer. In fact at WM, all the beans are on one side of the aisle, and the tomatoes are right across from them... move down a few feet for the taco seasoning mix and back an aisle for the ranch.
